By breaking the cycle, it doesn’t get the opportunity to repeat itself.

Overall, Panic Away works simply because it tackles the issue of our anxiety build-up instead of our anxiety breakout. After 2 or 3 weeks under the program, I’ve learned to regain control over my life and have been freed from anxiety and panic attacks up to now (six months and counting).
