I am a long time sufferer of panic and anxiety attacks. It had been extremely difficult for me to have a ordinary life as I am frequently humiliated as well as embarrassed by my sudden attacks. Sometimes the worry of getting an anxiety attack was so bad that it seemed difficult to actually leave my own home let alone venture out for a movie.
Panic Away is first and foremost a treatment program that uses this particular technique known as ’21-7 Technique’. It will require me to practice this particular strategy which is particularly aimed at breaking the cycle of panic.
21-7 Technique and Its Purpose
Panic Away is most importantly a form of relaxation program that stresses on the 21-7 Technique. You see exactly what the technique does is to try to help you deal with the cycle of anxiousness that builds up within us each and every we have an attack. The approach focuses on breaking the cycle by attacking that build-up via a combination of thorough physical and mental assertions coupled with an easy breathing method that you do before you have an attack.
Why prior to an attack rather than after? Because the panic attacks are caused by an accumulation of anxiety over time. Almost every relaxation method that I’ve tried only tackle the after effects of my anxiousness. The most common and logical thing Panic Away has done is come up with the most efficient method to train yourself not to be anxious just before an anxiety attack. By breaking the cycle, it doesn’t get the opportunity to repeat itself.
Overall, Panic Away works simply because it tackles the issue of our anxiety build-up instead of our anxiety breakout. After 2 or 3 weeks under the program, I’ve learned to regain control over my life and have been freed from anxiety and panic attacks up to now (six months and counting).
I hope you’ve found this post valuable!
